Samples of words beamed

Here are some samples of the words beamed into my poor friends head for whatever reasons they think fit. I would not have believed any of it if I had not witnessed several “well orchestrated” street theater shows performed for his benefit alone. They were conducted with extreme cunning and would have meant nothing for a casual observer or passers by. I could discern the schematics from following the trigger words they were using because I had been briefed by the victim on the method and the words used in such attacks. Mobbing was usual when he went in to buy anything. People would appear out of nowhere in the shops being visited by him and they would always be very “intelligent” with their remarks, showing remarkable familiarity with him though there were none. He did his bit too; he always picked shops with few or no customers around to try his theory out. It appears that they do not care whether he was trying them out or not. They would come in and would be doing their bit of play acting.

In other incidents I saw people “accidentally” bumping into him in the street and getting in his way while walking and driving. The body of his vehicle was seen smeared all over with “pan” spittle (I saw these on several occasions, after it was done. It was very cunningly performed, Can be done in a jiffy too. I strongly feel that loose women found on the streets were used for this. The strange attitude of the people around is unbelievable, for the vehicle was parked on the street with shops close by. ). Hand gestures of several sorts would be seen on the entire way to and fro his house. People would switch on head lights on a frequent basis. Cat calls would be heard from both sides of the road. Rudeness and refusal to serve him in the gas stations, making him wait even after serving all those came in long after him to the place. The list could go on.

I had to work hard to observe these without arousing the suspicions of the perps. Some of the beamed words produced here have been used by them vocally in his hearing while I was around. I have not the least doubt that it is happening to him and he is not hallucinating. I had written previously that his colleagues at the office were trying to sensitize him to the name of his father. I personally heard it mentioned by several strangers loudly in his presence at different places. They were supposedly talking about some other person with same name that they knew. Once is an accident, twice is a coincidence but thrice onwards it becomes glaring.

Here are the words beamed to him from time to time. I must say that I still find it hard to believe such things can be done. The comments in the brackets are mine)

“Let us see if we can arrest you” (playing police)

“Give you some more time” (playing authority)

“You are playing with god” (they are god)

“Let us see if you are sincere” (can there be anyone sincere than themselves?)

“Let this month pass” (fixing a time frame to take him out, may be?)

“You are still unchanged” (showing disappointment)

“We haven’t done anything against our conscience (This usually after de humanizing character assassinations)

“Would you behave well towards visitors?”(This is followed by an incursion of some seedy characters into the office with the intention of accosting him on some pretext and wasting his time.)

“You are punished” (This comes as a preface to some official harassment over any trifles they can find and fix on him)

“You are an unlucky bastard” (This is the most frequent of all beamed words, he says. They probably want to drill this phrase into his brain)

“We became like this because of you” (Making him responsible for everything)

“Let us forgive him this once” (After any event- showing condescension and thus control)

“You should learn to forget” (After an intense period of attack on his character and on him through direct energy weapons)

“A heart for rent” (This normally when our guy catches them napping and lays it thick and fast on the return beam. Well I think this technique has some value. You can use the “talk back” they expect to good use provided that you have the strength of mind to do that. Even if it is a machine is at the other end most of the time, the perps have to check for responses. I think you can pack subliminals too in your “talk back” if you are trained to project more than one idea at the same time. Difficult task but doable. Infect the perp-computer with your “kindly” thoughts on them subliminally. They have to listen to your responses. Transmit your “good feelings” for them through every single word that you are forced to utter. My friend has found that they can also be off guard at times and you can get through to them and even hurt them sometimes. But remember that this is only a tentative suggestion and you have to use it at your own risk. It is not a proven method)

Our man drew up an inventory containing many more perp words. Some of them are local to the territory and would not mean much to others. Mostly they deal with the subject of authority and are malicious. But from what is shown above it is easy to verify the similarity in such attacks worldwide. They use the same framework to bring people down in this way.

It is much better not to lose your cool with such knaves (an old fashioned expression is it?). Still one can’t help being affected with the abysmally evil nature of such worms who call themselves human. Words fail me. - The scum.

“I am now at the office/-place”

At first I thought my friend was lying when he told me of the harassment he was being subjected to on a daily basis. Well for one thing, like every one else I too found it hard to believe such activities can go on in our midst without being noticed, and for another what is the point of the attack if it is invisible to every one else. Also the described attacks involved almost every one at his office, its neighborhood, public places and most of his neighbors and those that come into the area where he was staying as per his report. I looked hard at him for a moment. He was visibly agitated while he was describing the events. My first assumption was- the guy is becoming delusional. I tried to laugh it off saying he was overworked and was under constant strain with his daily commuting so it was natural for him to feel the whole world is against him at the moment.

“Man you are feeling the strain, that’s all” I tried to reassure him.

But he did not budge; he wanted my help to verify whether some of the things that he is experiencing are real as it appears to him. Well, to be frank, I did not think much of the idea at all. His plan was to have me around while he was out, to watch what is happening near him. This required both time and an interest in the sleuthing bit of the activity. I had neither at the time. So I refused and suggested that he use a detective agency to do the work. But it had intrigued me how a man of his “iron will” (for he was a self made man) falls prey to such fancies and fears.

Some time had passed when I accidently ran into him in a mall. I was enjoying a bit of smoke( smoking in public places was banned in the land and I was trying to keep out of sight of the law and doing it on the sly) while he drove up and hastily disappeared into a booth where you can have your documents Xeroxed. I could see the inside of the booth through its glass doors. There was no one except the owner of the booth and him inside. I saw both of them conversing and then suddenly there was this guy in the vicinity. He also entered the booth and said something to the owner. It seemed casual. He came out and stood near the door. May be some acquaintance of the booth guy I thought. There was a bit of delay in the shop and at last my friend came out. As I was starting to call to him (for he seemed thoroughly engrossed in stuffing the fresh copies into his satchel) I saw the stranger taking up a cell phone and saying loudly “ I am now at--” Nothing further was said and the guy put the phone back into his pocket. I had neither seen him dialing it or the ring of the phone.

My friend just paused for a moment in his strides but did not look back at the guy. He drove away without looking around. The guy with the cell phone looked at the booth owner and there was some sort of a malicious smile on their faces as he moved away. I suddenly remembered the talk with my friend the other day. He had said that this sort of “reporting” is a regular feature of the attack and name of the places are the only changing part. When he reaches the office the report would be “I am at the office now” If he is on the veranda it would be “I am on the veranda now”

I was intrigued and decided to follow the lead character in the story and see what happens when he gets to the office. By what he said these attacks are planned for an odd number of days in the month. This, if my friend is right could be the day of “I am now at such and such place” day and I was going to find out if it is true.

My friend rarely goes over 40’s while driving and it was easy to overtake him and get before him to his office. I stood on the veranda outside his office towards one side of the entrance so that when he comes up the staircase he would not notice or recognize me immediately and come towards me. If that happens the game would be spoilt and probably the script would not go on. I saw him park downstairs and was ready to shield my face if necessary. I shouldn’t have bothered, for he ran up the stairs and was into the office in one moment. I went in after him and what happened inside astounded me. The moment the poor guy reached his seat the guy on the nearest seat took up his cell phone and said loudly into it “I am now at the office” He repeated the phrase several times to make it clear it is intended to be heard by every one who has ears in the neighborhood. Many of the other staff was trying to look very serious while hiding their smiles.

I felt a sudden repugnance for the office and its staff and left the place. The “I” in the report was clearly a noun-substitution exercise (though I did not know of the theory then, I had to assume as much). It was crystal clear to every one at the office who was being referred to. The guy under attack was my friend and I know his life inside out. He is not a secretive man and lives an open life. There was no reason to tag him like that for any of the official agencies in the land. I believe that he is biologically incapable of committing any crime. He can be a stubborn and difficult man at times. His openness is also irksome in certain situations. He is so because he has little to hide. But to tag him as a criminal and openly stalk him thus is nothing short of heinous.

I began to see the reality of the situation for him. It appeared everything he told me was true. But I could not believe that a person could be hunted like this 24/7 and that every one around would be actively participating in it. It seemed logically impossible for me. Can an honest citizen with no record of crime be hunted like a known criminal who is on the wanted list in a democratic society like ours? It was apparent that in my friend’s case there can be any official action against him, for it would not take so many years to complete it and bring charges against him. But if there is no direct official involvement in it then who is running the racket and where do they get the funds to spend on such villainous schemes as this. How do they rope in others to help them, some of the nearest relatives even? What about the conscience question! How could any one knowingly destroy a man without any credible reason what so ever?

He also was troubled by these questions. It was he who suggested searching the web for answers. At first both of us knew not how to search. We did not know the key words. It was only when we learned of gang stalking and mind control and the equipment in vogue that we began to see light. The extensive documentation on the net placed the unintelligible things happening in his life in their true perspective. Every event was true to book. He says it is laughable how they follow the exact same procedure over and over again. To me it seems that they do not have to change their modus operandi (I know this is a law enforcers term for criminals. But we are dealing with heinous criminals here. The perps are nothing but the basest groups of criminals ever to walk on the face of the earth) for the massiveness of the attack itself is intimidatory. And they want the victims to know that they are being attacked. That is how they terrify them and finally erase or totally nullify them.

But I believe that my friend as well as many of the victims is made from sterner stuff to quail and give in like that. The perps have a fight on their hands. Once you realize the extend of the crimes that are being committed by these sorry specimens of humanity you will have to join force with like minded people to fight and bring down this evil. I believe that my friend is thus targeted for his open views and fearless thoughts. Some people out there are trying to create a submissive society where orders would be obeyed without considering whether they are right or wrong- to me everything which curtails freedom of thought, expression, and beliefs movement is wrong. But to them it may be the other way round.

-To hell with them.

Invisible pollution

We live in the midst artificially created electrical fields. Though none of us notice the effect of these fields on us and most of us are quite unaware of the harm that it is causing to us, newer illnesses and diseases are being generated by electrical pollution every passing year. We have strict laws regarding many of the known pollutants in our atmosphere, including sound. But the pervasive influence of electrical pollution is mostly ignored or is taken very lightly. We do not notice it because it is invisible to us. But our body notices it and reacts to it. Some of the mysterious illnesses we have today are caused by the constant exposure of our body to the electrical fields. Insomnia, tiredness without any cause, increased incidence of palpitations, cardiac problems, asthma and several such diseases or bodily symptoms may be the result of electrical fields. And yet there are no laws to control the pollution.
It is true that we can not progress and perhaps even live (in these times) without electricity. All sources of power radiate energy in some form and that is going to affect us. But that do not relive the authority from the responsibility of studying the effects of invisible radiation we are being subjected to daily and come up with solutions for either their reduction or effective protection from their attacks. It is a well known fact that these electrical fields causes damage to installed electrical circuits and that most of the industries have devised counter measures for neutralizing its effect on their machinery. But there is no protective gear or equipment or shields for the people working in those environments. It is as if humans with easily damageable tissues and body structure are some how immune to the electrical fields.

But nothing could be farther from the truth. Our bodily functions are mostly chemical and electromagnetic in nature. It has been known even weak electromagnetic fields create havoc in some if they are continuously exposed to it. Powerful fields might cause severe damage in the long run. All the modern house hold equipments right from the TV, Fridge, Microwave oven, to stereo systems emit radiation of different sorts. If we try to gauge the levels of radiations that we are dealing with inside our home with meters to measure them we would soon learn to be wary of many of the equipments we think as a part of our lives.

Electric current has to complete a full circle to its source to be effective. But it is estimated that most of the current returning to its source does not reach there and is deposited into the earth because of poor wiring and other such causes. Earth is supposed to be a good absorber of electricity. “Earthing” is a method known to all. But no one bothers what happens when the current enters the earth. It does not cause immediate damage to us alright, but the electricity spreads through the surface of the earth and seeps into everything that we come across in our neighborhood. It affects everything in the vicinity and radiates through us 24/7. This would have been of less concern if the current is propagating in its true form. But it is not so. When the current comes into contact with electronic appliances those breaks up the current and deposits their RF energy frequencies into the current. In effect the electric current becomes a carrier of RF energy. It is this form of energy that is causing several illnesses in humans. Skin is easily affected by this energy. Eyes, heart are other susceptible organs.

As most experts on electricity as well as most in the medical profession are not aware of this pollution of electricity they attach scant importance to our proximity to electricity. They know that electric current itself is not capable of creating physiological conditions unless a person comes into contact with it directly. But its indirect carrier status is the more dangerous of its properties. This is slowly becoming apparent to all who are actively being affected by it. If you have some sickness which the doctors can’t diagnose, it would be a good idea to check whether your exposure to RF energy has to do something with it.

Sooner this pollution is legally dealt with (by laws I mean) the better it would be for all us.

Death Photons

Man’s liking to meddle with/in nature is proverbial. The advances in science and technology have made it possible to conceive strangest of ideas and techniques to alter or fashion nature’s workings and its phenomena. Quantum mechanics has in effect destroyed the traditional scientific concepts and has ushered in “weird” science in its wake. It is believed that quantum computers are possible which transmit data without resorting to any mediums such as cables and other electrical appliances to act as a link between them. Even teleportation has become possible although on a very minor scale. The property of matter used in teleportation experiments is the phenomenon of “entanglement” found between two photons displaced in space. Entanglement is the incident where two photons exhibit the same characteristics as if they are twins. One photon can be scanned and send to some other location and its characteristics be imprinted on its twin that exist there. The only problem being that the scanning would destroy the original photon or set of particles that are thus scanned due to the laws (!) of quantum mechanics. Scientists are said to have discovered methods to circumvent this problem too.

It has been thought for some time now that transmission of disease through electromagnetic waves is a real possibility. If this is true then the effects of the technology on the world would be disastrous. The idea stems from the research of a little known Russian scientist V.P. Kaznachayev. In his experiment he was able to establish that disease from infected cells would spread to other unrelated cells placed in separate containers if the electromagnetic activity of the diseased cell could be transmitted to them in some way. In his experiment this was done by the help of quarts windows.

It was established before that photons and ultrasonic sound are emitted by dividing cells in the human body and these propagate to long distances. In the above experiment the scientist used cells taken from a chicken embryo for his study. One group of cells placed in glass containers were injected with various viruses and toxic substances. Another group of cells were used as control unit and they were also placed in glass containers nearby. Yet another unit was fitted with quarts windows which were capable of reflecting what was going on in the jars containing infected cells to the uninfected cell in them. The infected cells died within a few hours from the time of starting the experiment. Though the cell in the control unit was not infected by the disease those in the containers with quarts windows soon exhibited signs of being infected and died too within a space of few hours from the time of death of the infected cells. These were not infected artificially with any diseases at all. They contacted the diseases by radiation from the cells which were infected.

This happens because the dying cells emit death photons and these death photons, if received by other cells, would be absorbed into them and would trigger bio electrical changes in them causing their death. There are theories that these death photons could be harnessed and send through the medium of electromagnetic waves to any place to infect people. This would create susceptibility for the disease in the populace even if the transmission to long distances weakens the effectiveness of the photons. But once the bombardment of death photons are carried on for a sufficient length of time, the increased susceptibility to the disease could be enhanced with the aerial releases of the bacteria in the area.

Well, biological warfare is entering a new phase it seems!

Voice Hearers

Hearing voices in the head is normally associated with schizophrenia. Some psychiatrists are of the view that more people hear voices than the number that approach doctors for treatment for the malady. It is assumed the stigma associated with the phenomenon keeps people away from seeking treatment. Some of those affected with the “illness” learns to cope with the problem by their own efforts and go on with their lives without ever consulting a doctor.

There has been an interesting development within the community of voice hearers. They have created a movement called Inter Voice to help those affected with the problems and to dispel the misconception that all those who hear voices within the head are ill. Inter Voice has also held a “World Hearing Voices Day” aimed at challenging negative attitudes towards people who hear voices. They hold that the phenomenon can be considered as a part of diversity in human experiences. Dutch psychiatrist, Professor Marius Romme, who is the inspiration behind the movement, has done some creditable work in the field and has also published several books on the subject. Some in the field do not agree with him on many points but they too feel that a person can not be considered mentally ill just because he or she is hearing voices. Yet this peculiarity has cost some people their means of livelihood. Combating internal/external voices become a full time occupation and the affected are not able to function normally in life and pursue their careers.

One such story is reported by DANIEL B. SMITH in his book “Muses, Madmen and Prophets: Rethinking the History, Science and Meaning of Auditory Hallucination,” published by the Penguin Press. Angelo a London born Scientist had been studying for his PhD on infrared electromagnetism for about four years at an American University and had just completed his oral exam for the PhD. As he was returning to his lodgings one night in the year 2001 he started to hear two voices in his head. Let us hear the story in his own words and the authors remarks as given in the book.
““It was like hearing thoughts in my mind that were not mine,” he explained recently. “They identified themselves as Andrew and Oliver, two angels. In my mind’s eye, I could see an image of a bald, middle-aged man dressed in white against a white background. This, I was told, was Oliver.” What the angels said, to Angelo’s horror, was that in the coming days, he would die of a brain hemorrhage. Terrified, Angelo hurried home and locked himself into his apartment. For three long days he waited out his fate, at which time his supervisor drove him to a local hospital, where Angelo was admitted to the psychiatric ward. It was his first time under psychiatric care. He had never heard voices before. His diagnosis was schizophrenia with depressive overtones.”
Smith reports that after six years (the book was written in 2007) Angelo is still living with his parents unable to do a day’s meaningful work. Every time he tried he failed miserably.
His field of research looks interesting to me. I have underlined it for you. “Infrared electromagnetism” is something we are vaguely familiar with.

Now here is a portion from “Global Alert” by Alex Constantine published in 1995.

“At Walter Reed Army Hospital of Research in 1973, Dr. Joseph Sharp, strapped inside an isolation chamber, heard “words” beamed at him in a pulsed-microwave audiogram. (An audiogram is a computerized analog of the spoken voice.) ARPA’s Robert O. Becker foresaw in the experiment “obvious applications in covert operations.” Becker imagined a barrage of “voices” driving an enemy insane, and post-hypnotic suggestion radioed to a programmed assassin, directing him to kill.”

Well, it does not require a genius to put two and two together and see the truth. Probably poor Angelo was doing sensitive research in a field closely monitored by the powers that be.

I do not know whether Professor Marius Romme and Inter Voice has ever looked at the possibility of such a source for the “voices” they are concerned about!

What is not sustainable?

The Rio summit in 1992 did not reflect the concerns of the Third World in any detail at all. And they are the ones severely affected by any change in global policies. But yet the meager suggestions (Local Agenda 21) for helping the world out of a deadly predicament are viewed by some as detrimental to their interests. This is not very heartening. Especially considering that the damage done to the global environment is the result of industrial revolution. I know that there are people who argue that natural forces plays a much greater part in changing the environment than man made calamities. But as any one who has lived in a city would have found out for themselves, this is not merely a lie, but is the epitome of untruth. To deny the evidence of one’s own senses and oppose something because the terminology reeks of leftist literature would be dastardly.

It may be true that some of the concepts involved in it are socialistic in orientation. Some of the more involved activist groups in this struggle are targeted by the left as usable platforms to put their theory forward- The feminists, the social activists, and ethnic groups, but that alone does not lessen the importance of the issue. An obvious truth does not become something else because it is stated by those that we oppose. Yet this seems to be the major factor with those who are disillusioned by Agenda 21 put forward by the 1992 Rio Summit. We have seen that socialism as formulated by Marx and company proved to be so inflexible that it had to break than yield. But the spirit of socialism is not dead. This was not invented by Marx. It existed at all periods of human development. It is as ancient as the humanity itself. Yes it may still stand at the opposing end from the capitalistic conception of the world, but who cares where it stands in the globally intimidating environmental scenario. Life itself is being threatened by it. We need to take some steps to normalize the situation.

Asking the wealthy to limit their usage of natural resources is not a great crime. Let us not evade the real issue here, when the world heats up and the ocean’s starts to swell by the melting ice on the poles there would not be any discussion about whose ideology is right and whose is wrong. There would only be perdition and death everywhere. Any sane individual would see this point. This is where conservation of natural resources attains importance. It is a good thing that there are individuals like Al Gore who are aware of this very basic fact in America. He also starred alone in a movie on environmental issues. There are some very good points being raised by that movie.

The issue is real. It may also be political too. Take Brazil for example. Some good part of their international revenue comes from their forests. The Amazon interests us all. We know that it can not be destroyed to help a people live. But at the same time we can not ignore the accusations that America is destroying vast areas of forest land to build houses especially in Oregon. Considering the American habit of building entire houses out of wood this appears to be a serious allegation. An estimate says that a normal American consumes 60 times more calorie than an ordinary human actually need to do. This may be the result of years of conditioning. If some one says that this could be limited and the resources utilized in some other way there is nothing wrong in it. Individualism is all right, but only up to a point. Depleting resources may take such rights away from people in the future.

The anti Agenda 21 activists voices some concerns too. They are afraid that the left is trying to emerge as a potent force by brainwashing people with this depiction of global disaster scenario while no such thing exists in reality. I believe that the real reason is political than anything else. To be mind controlled by the “defeated” socialists through the back door is rather frightening to the American ego. They had thought that the fall of the Soviet Union had erased socialism for once and all from the world and from then onwards they can play police and robber with the rest of the world. Now it seems that they are being forced to play the part of the robber quite contrary to their idea of the script.

Poor Americano, he is under attack from all sides. His government is trying to get inside his head with what they call the non lethal weapons. His political adversaries are trying to change his society from inside by bringing out “restrictive” social forces and movements like local agenda 21. He is not to eat, switch on TV, put the A/C on, take out the car for a spin and generally do nothing other than save the world environment.

We can’t blame him for being a little paranoid in a changing world. His government is even trying to take away his right to carry weapons. Sustainable development indeed, fancy terms for fancy methods of manipulation!

Russian Legislations on Psychotronic weapons

I had, in a previous article, suggested that the methods of mind control used in India may be are of Soviet origin. I still believe in the theory. For one thing, the Soviets were the first in developing the technology and for another the Indian governments as well as certain political parties were in intimate touch with them during the existence of the Soviet Union.
From a perusal of the literature on Soviet methods of brainwashing and psychotronics available on the net it is apparent that these were not of the polished kind. They used hard and tough tactics( both overtly and covertly) to break a person down. It can be called the bulldozer technique of mind control. It lacks the finesse (only comparatively my friends, please do not me wrongly) of the more talked about American electronic mind control methods. Perhaps it was because of the active involvement of the state in this, in both Soviet Union and East Germany, that cruder methods were adopted. This can not be the case with the so called “democratic” countries. The media may cause trouble. (See why some folks dislike democracy intensely?!)
But there are people who would rather believe in the devil than in the existence of the electronic weapons of mind control. The subject is well documented on the net, though mostly about the researches done in America. Anyhow I won’t go into it at any detail here. What interests me really is the Soviet or the present Russian progress in the field. These are not readily accessible since the iron curtain had effectively concealed their earlier researches into the field and even in these times you need to know Russian to do a bit of research. There is very little about Soviet development in these areas in print.
But Eleanor White and Cheryl Welsh have published some articles containing translated Russian pages in C.A.H.R.A. Home Page. (C,A.H.R.A. has now become http://mindjustice.org/. ) From these, it appears that legislations on the subject were presented in Duma the Russian parliament. As per the C.A.H.R.A. article the authors V. Lopatin and V. Cygankov suggested a bill on the above lines in their book “Psychotronic Weapon and the Security of Russia”- (Publishing house : SINTEG, Moscow, Russian Federation1999.)
What caught my interest was the part stating the “fundamental principles” in the book quoted by them. Here is a portion from it.
“Fundamental principles

1) To admit THE EXISTENCE OF PSI PHENOMENA AS A
REAL FACT as well as their not only at place, local influence
and importance, but as well the global noospherical influence
on all the mankind.

2) To admit the REAL FEASIBILITY of informational,
PSYCHOTRONIC war (as a matter of fact it is already
taking place without declaration of war, secretly) and the
FEASIBILITY of the use of violence by
means of THE USE of PSW.

7) DECLASSIFICATION of all the works on PSI problem.
The arms race is speeding up as a consequence of classification.
Secrecy - this is in the first place the way to secure cruel control
over the people. the way how to curtail their creativity, turn
them into biorobots.”

In the above sentences, PSW means Psychotronic weapons. Several parliamentary hearings on the subject are mentioned in the book by the authors. It may be hard for even the present Russian government to admit that such things exist in their hands. So the hearings may not have progressed any further at all. This could be the case as could be seen from the following.

Eleanor White says in the article that she does not know whether legislations mentioned in the book were put to vote or not. I tried to look up the Duma legislations on the subject as suggested by her in that article but was unable to locate anything. All the same the information contained in the article is valuable. It more or less admits that Russia has such weapons in hand and that they are being used on people. This book, published in Russian, can not be influenced by anything other than the situation existing in their country.

The fear of being turned into biorobots as mentioned in the above quote is very real now. What we see in these isolated instances is the tip of the iceberg. It may still be much worse than we imagine it to be. I certainly would have liked to have seen both the book and the copies of any legislation on the subject in Russia.

There are reports of electronic harassment in China too. May be they are taking a leaf out of the Russian book or may be unknown to the general public the technology has existed in most technologically developed/developing nations in the world for a long time.

The black helicopters

The name suggests a deadly black helicopter with powerful rotor blades, probably military and used in covert operations. The stealth aircrafts come easily to mind. But nothing could be farther from the truth. These are tiny espionage devices which are sent out on a mission of surveillance. Some may weigh around one gram and may be as tiny as to fit on the tip of your fingers.
Science fiction? May be. But there are people who have seen these things around and watching them the reports say. These are said to have appeared at political events in the US capital. Experts in the field of robotics do not take these reports seriously. There are toy planes and small surveillance planes that can be controlled remotely. But none of them are as tiny as these. Robot planes can be shrunk to the size of a bird and no more. They say that at this juncture the technology does not exist to make tiny insect like surveillance fliers.

But at the same time it is curious to note that the CIA's Office of Research and Development had made something called the “insectohopter” in the 70’s . From the picture I saw it definitely looked like a dragon fly. It is said to have flown but was abandoned as a failure as it could not handle crosswinds. The insectohopter used a small amount of aviation oil to fly. It had a tiny engine which could make its wings flap and keep it in air. It is said that the CIA has declined to comment about the present development in the project.
With microchips shrinking in size every year so that the present day giant supercomputers would probably be replaced by computers so small in size one can carry inside one’s wallet, it could be imagined that advancement in other fields are also possible on the same lines. But in this case there are some natural elements in play. The rules of aerodynamics are different with respect to such tiny flying objects whether it is the original insect or the mechanical one. Precise manipulation of the wings is required to maneuver at such tiny scales. It is thought that there is no way to replicate nature on so small a scale.
There are reports that implants so tiny as to be injected into the blood stream and those which can be planted inside the ears of a person are in use even at present. And yet even these may not be necessary to monitor a person or his/her movements from a distance with the available “non lethal” tools that are in existence. So these toys, even if they are fully operational may not play a great part in surveillance in the future. All the same these could be used to confuse and frighten people. Think of a swarm of such weird insects following you around where ever you go. And what if micro transmitters fixed in them are transmitting inaudible messages into you!

God regenerated

In a recent action the police force of one of our states rounded up small time god men and put them behind bars after sealing off all their ‘Ashram’s and other possessions. The god men arrested claimed close intimacy with politicians and other dignitaries in their locality. This appears to be true from the photographic evidences and other material evidence coming out in the “investigations”. All of them ran “Charitable” organizations and were “helping” the needy (young moneyless girls mostly!). One carried a licensed gun with him while being taken to the police station and being depressed that he was accused “unjustly” of crimes he has not committed by the press, wanted to shoot himself and in a scuffle managed to shoot his own ear off.
I have always wondered how such as these gain popularity in the space of a few years and amass wealth seemingly out of nowhere. It is sheer magic from the point of view of the observers. As every one knows there is no trick to produce wealth out of thin air. All who have done it have dipped their hands in blood.
But this can be done easily in these times provided you have the right equipment and the right connections. Spreading the word by mouth and a bit of advertising goes a long way in establishing your godlike powers in the minds of the ignorant in the locality. Some blackmailing is probably involved too to get the support of the big shots in the area. Selling god is a big time business in India at this time. Most of the people are stressed out by life and would easily succumb to the guile of charlatans rather than the real thing. They are more convincing than the real seekers of truth too.
The arrest and the publicity brought other harmless god men under scrutiny. These are either schizophrenics of long standing or are deluded individuals. They seem to be not after money and in some cases not even popularity. These are mostly left alone by the police. The Indian mind is extremely gullible. As I mentioned in a previous article, it is conditioned by long years of servitude and a dangerous openness to accept any belief newly introduced in to it.
A channel did a feature on some of them and it was interesting to watch. One of them would qualify as a real psychotic by any standards. He has not washed for some twenty years his worshippers say. He does not eat for days and when he does so, consumes stale and rotting food which he keeps near him at all times. The “Bagavan” as he is called by his followers does not smell at all by the lack of bath and the presence of garbage near him. He is also reported to have healing powers too. He sits in a corner of an unhealthy and tumbled down building and does not move or look people in the face at all. He is physically healthy by all appearances.
Another calls himself “Thanthiruvatikal” meaning “I am Lord God”. He was hilarious. He does not like to wear any clothing and moves around among people with only a tiny piece of cloth to just barely cover his loins as a compromise. Asked why he does not wear anything, he has a reply ready. “ You are asking me why I am not covering my organ, but everything that you see around in the world are my organs too, can you cover them all?” He has god realization you see! He is one with the world! He drives a car without a license and frequently drives into the nearby town. Not a single police man has yet dared to stop him and ask for his license. They are probably afraid that it would cause an “organic” reaction among people if the “God” steps out of the vehicle.
Well it is in this background that Blue Beam Project assumes significance. It makes use of holographic imaging technology. According to some this has already been tested. The aim is to project holographic images of Christ, Buddha, Krishna and the like through satellites to all parts of the world. These images would talk to people on the “misunderstood” notions of religion. The god is one and the different manifestations were adopted to instruct people at different points of time. All are asked to believe in the one god theory from then on. The chaos resulting from such an exercise could be imagined. Beaming god’s voices into the skull to convert people to this new faith is also said to be planned.
This is not going to be an easy task, with several established systems of belief standing to loose everything in such an event. But the technology exists and it might also be used to disorient people all over the world if not used to create a one god scenario.

Piezoelectric tweeter

It is still fashionable to dismiss and ignore the complaints of the victims of directed energy weapons as psychotic ramblings. Even those in responsible positions do so either out of a lack of knowledge about the developments in the field or with the intention to conceal it from the public. In our times with the total dependency on media for information any known fact could be erased from people’s minds by engineered silence on that front.

But then facts are facts and they will be out sooner or later, in a capitalist competitive environment especially. This is the case with directed energy weapons too. The governments can go on denying it but technology gets back at them one way or another.

Take the case of sonic weapons. All the governments the world over have been furiously denying their existence till to date. They could have done it successfully for ever so long had piezoelectric tweeters been not invented.

Before their invention there was no way any single individual could have bought a sonic weapon to use for their personal pleasure. The weapons were big and cumbersome. Also the cost of transducers which were used in them was astronomical.

Transducers are speakers of sorts. They are the part which sends the ultrasonic waves to the targeted individual. As these were priced high the wicked among us was not able to get hold of any ultrasonic weapon to cause harm to others. The moment piezoelectric tweeters were in the market the cost of portable sonic weapons fell sharply and became affordable. piezoelectric tweeters are miniature transducers which can emit high frequency sound waves. These are mostly used in state of the art stereos systems.

Any one with the know-how can build a sonic machine with very little amount of money with the help of these tweeters.

Those who come within the path of their waves experience intense irritation a sense invisible pressure and even anger. It can produce nausea and head aches in those affected. It is reported that the instrument totally put people out of mood. The attraction of the low-conscience elements in the society for such an instrument can be guessed. A search on the web yielded at least a few sites that sell these for as less as 30 dollars.

Unless they produce these effects consistently at least on a minimum level, these would not be marketed and would not be used.

The notable thing is that this instrument does not emit any hearable frequencies at all. People targeted would undergo a decidedly unpleasant experience the report states. Here is a snippet from the report

It is also capable of creating an “earthquake effect” too as per the report.
I have decided not to lead any one to the article as well as the sites I found on the subject. No, not with even the faintest idea that they won’t be discovered by those who are interested but thinking that I would not personally be any part of their discovery.
There are other such miniature harassment tools in use too. All are commercially available with moderate price tags.
Such technology has been termed “Annoyancetech” by Foo Chris Csikszentmihalyi ( I can’t pronounce the last part of the name, also I have not heard of the guy before. I found this on another site on revenge gadgets. But all the same I think the name is appropriate and would like to give him the full credit for it.)
These are just toys compared to the sophisticated weapons handled by the government agents and underground gangs at present. But yet the authorities are stoutly denying their existence!
An interesting character we have in our land used to call those that did the dumbest of things “geniuses” His logic being that calling them “dumb” would totally lack in effectiveness.
What would we call the emotionally dumb, I wonder!

Types of reality

What is real to a person may appear as quite unreal to some one else. This is the result of differences in life experiences and life conditioning. Persons who have been through harrowing experiences and are incapacitated by them in some way to express these events in their life find themselves in an unenviable position. They have been through a lot. But their experiences are unique. They do not also have the tools to express them clearly. They feel isolated, cast out and sidelined. In truth every experience has a right to be presented if it impinges on human freedom in any way. Such experiences should form a part of general social experiences. This is how humanity learns and improves itself.

This has been the general scheme of things before the explosion of technological revolution. The onset of revolution was so sudden and people were taken unawares. The human social structure woefully failed to cope with the boom of technology and it’s after effects. Laws enacted were soon out dated as newer advances were made. Press the greatest machinery invented for dissemination of information slumped under the onus of reporting facts to the public. Researches were going on an unlimited number of fronts to make any intelligible discourse possible on them. The media shirked from the responsibility of providing a platform for discussion and put on the garb of a mere broker of approved information.

In reality there is a war on. An invisible war, this war is waged between an ignorant people and their insensitive governments. As centers of power the governments are in a position to obtain the latest of technologies and make use of them. All the governments are afraid of the growing size of their subjects and their rising level of understanding. They are afraid that people are becoming restless with the realization that their governments are sorry failures and can not cope with the situation at hand. I do not see the fall of Soviet Union as the fall of communism. It in reality is the failure of the present system of governance. They fell because the authority was more concentrated there. Make no mistake about it; the same fate is awaiting all other countries. The untrained and incompetent lot that we elect and send to legislate for us can’t stop this from happening.

But there are shrewd people who realize this and its implications. It is these that are behind the undeclared war that is waging between the ruled and the ruling. They do not want to let go of the present establishment. They are the children of this out dated system of governance. And they are its fiercest advocates. How to survive in the face of info-tech and the World Wide Web? How to prevent the merging of barriers and diminishing national animosities, how to sabotage a one world scenario-their worries are not baseless. They feel the ground shaking under them. They had foolishly advocated globalization on purely economic considerations. Now it is backfiring on them. Not on a large scale as yet. But this class of people is survivors. They have made it repeatedly under all sorts of ideologies- Under Kings and under communism and under democracy.

These are at the “phony” centers as one brilliant writer called it. This is the place where things happen. This is where real ruling occurs. These centers always function within a wickedly centralized form of government. Do you believe that there is a process of de centralization going on in the world? Well think again, for you are going to be disappointed. There is only a sharing of resources among the centrists. It is the center that is spreading, and not democracy as is believed. This shows the fear they are undergoing. They are out on a last ditch effort to save their system and they are damned determined that they would win this battle at all costs. But how do you fight this one world, no government menace?

Use tech to defeat tech. The logic is simple. The centrists have shifted the seat of their manipulations to the minds of their “opponents” namely the people. Soon all of us would have one reality and the centrists would have another reality.

This is broadly where the world is going at present.

WHY I AM AFRAID

There is fear that makes you bolt when something tries to pounce on you, this is healthy fear, it might or might not save your life, but at least it makes you do something. And then there is fear that numbs you, that takes away the will to live, that incapacitates you from deep within and obliterates even the faintest thought of defense. It is said that the cobra hypnotizes its prey with the power of its eyes. The prey can not move and is overpowered easily and devoured.

This fear is lethal.

I feel so when I think about India and its governments. Surprised? Well let me tell you I am not afraid of the machinery of the government in the land. It is as incompetent and weak as any in the world, perhaps more so. Straddled with a strange form of democracy, there are limits it can go to, to hurt people physically. No I am not afraid “of” it. I am afraid “for” it. This is the land where giants walked. Where philosophy formed the common discourse of the people, this is the land which made Louis Bromfield (is the name correct I wonder) remark that compared to an Indian face even the best European faces look lifeless. The statement is not about physical beauty. It’s about the deep sensitivity of the Indian soul (If I may use an old expression like this)

This very sensitivity makes it very fragile and easily breakable. It has also a strange sponge like quality. It absorbs everything, even the most diverse of outlooks at the same time. Its psyche is weirdly pliable. It is broad in its outlook. Any thing can be fashioned with it. The demon as well as the god man, equally surfaces in it. It has been through unbelievable experiences over the centuries, and it has seen it all. It is tired at heart. It would become anything out of sheer boredom.

Strong races and people had always overrun the land. Porus, Prithvi Raj, and Tipu Sultan (great Kings) could not defeat these with immense armies at their disposal. It shows a propensity for surrender among the people. It is not physical capability that is lacking. It is mental energy that is absent.

When I think of brutal and ruthless people who are out there in the world with powerful tools to do anything to anyone’s mind I shudder at my heart thinking of the fate of this race.

This is what makes me afraid. Unimaginable atrocities are being done to people who are of a stronger turn of mind. When reading about the stories of the Hi-tech mental torture I often wonder whether my people would ever withstand them or not. Probably they would not.

This thought numbs me. I hope that such a day may never arise!

The new disease

Putting voices into the heads of people were supposedly researched for helping the deaf to hear. As with any other such technology it soon fell into the wrong hands. There are people with an evil turn of mind in every walk of society who would every now and then come up with brutal idea’s to crush others ruthlessly. This probably satisfies their lust for blood. These would have been naturally delighted to learn about the technology to beam voices into the skull. The immense possibilities of the technology would flash through their brain in a jiffy. They could not wait to get their hands on the machine.

Concealing it behind a thin veil of national security and other such myths would not deceive anybody. It would not absolve these from the heinous crimes they are perpetrating. To me technology should sub serve to the needs of humanity and it should not be the other way round. The use of such technologies as the voice to skull against innocent humans is totally against the fundamental principles of freedom of thought, expression and opinion enshrined in various hand books of governance. But then who would take the seriously, the constitutions I mean! Some say that all rules are created to be broken.

Voices inside the head is a symptom of schizophrenia as per medical journals. People in general too consider such individuals crazy. The microwave and FM frequency attacks trigger the same sort of phenomena in individuals, both on the personal and social levels. If they let out that they are hearing voices they are done for. There are several similarities in the symptoms of a schizophrenic and that of an electronically harassed person. Both suffer memory loss. Their mental response time is slowed down. Both become insensitive to stimuli from outside. The chemistry of brain in both cases is altered. A chemical known to cause behavior changes, dopamine, is seen at reduced levels in both. The data from harassment victims are gathered from observation rather than strict physiological examinations in this case. But it points that way. Body’s immune system is also adversely affected similarly in both cases. The eye sight is also impaired in those suffering from both diseases.

Considering that electronic attacks can faithfully imitate schizophrenia in humans it can be assumed that the brain centers stimulated or brought into action are similar in both cases. Hence it would be difficult to determine the real nature of the illness in the harassed individuals. Some of those claiming to be under electronic attack can be real schizophrenics who need medical assistance. Based on their own descriptions of their condition it appears that some of them are somewhat delusional and are hallucinating. But not everyone is like that. There are people who can state their case forcefully even with the diminished physical and mental capacities as a result of the constant beaming of harmful energy waves into them.

To me it appears that this new phenomenon should be classified as an infection and treated as such. The world can no longer show ignorance of the cause of this disease. It is evident from the available documentation that researches were on, on these lines and the technology was developed and perfected. Many nations as well as individuals including the under world have these in possession and they are using them indiscriminately on innocent civilians. There have been legislations to forbid the use of such weapons in some parts of the globe.

Even governments are starting to advise people on the hazards of using microwave technology in their daily lives. The Indian Health ministry recently told the people to keep cell phones away from the children, pregnant women, and people with heart conditions. This may not sound a great deal at the outset. But considering that India is the fastest growing cell phone market in the world and considering that its governments are fonder of the multinational firms than its own people this is a momentous event. They would not come out with such a statement unless there is compelling reason for it.

I believe that people and politicians all over the world are slowly becoming aware of the danger lurking in the dark and are starting to react. This is good sign.

Gas lighting

One of the proven methods of harassing an individual is gas lighting him. Under this term several forms of attacks can be included. The term comes from a Hollywood movie of the same name. Charles Boyer and Ingrid Bergman played lead roles in the movie. TNT used to show the movie on TV when international channels were first received in the land through satellite dish antennas. It might be possible to obtain a copy of the movie through the video stores. I do not know for certain because I never tried it yet. Somehow Ingrid Bergman appeals to the Indian aesthetic sense and is said to have been a great favorite with the older guys. The fact is I too fell in love with her when I first saw her on the tele. I was sorry that I could not see her on the big screen in her prime.

Well that is another matter altogether. Let us come to the point. In the movie Charles Boyer tries to drive his wife (played by Ingrid Bergman) crazy by calculated manipulation of things and events inside their house. If she places something at one place it would be moved by Boyer to someplace else, to make it appear that she is forgetful and disoriented. The flickering and dimming flame of the gaslight plays an important part in the drama. For those who are not familiar what gaslights are, these used to be the fore runners of the modern day light bulbs. The flames in the lamp in each room were fed by pipes carrying gas from a tank situated some where in the house. You can turn the flame up or down by dials. The lamp in Bergman’s room would go bright or dull as if invisibly controlled through out the movie. Boyer would accuse her of imagining things as it was always steady when he was around.

In gas lighting a person various techniques are involved. To do it properly detailed information on the person is necessary. His habits, his preferences, his schedule, the vehicle used by him, their registration numbers, his family details, his hobbies, his wife’s details, job, habits and every thing that can be known about him is collected before going on with the plan of attack. An important fact is that the attackers would try to conceal their intention up to the point where the attack begins. This would prevent the victim from countering it. Mostly gas lighting is a group activity. This reduces the risk of being found out by the victim. Also there is safety in numbers for the attackers. For you can accuse someone of having ‘evil designs” on you. But if you go on accusing a number of people, it is your sanity that would be doubted.

Methods employed may include the following

1. Substituting items of clothing with smaller or larger sizes which looks the same. Victim starts wonder whether he is “shrinking” or “swelling” in size.
2. Moving furniture. Changing their positions just enough to create doubt in the victim
3. Removing small items and replacing them after the victim has stopped searching for it, at slightly different locations.
4. Instead of stealing fuel from vehicle more fuel is added to it, creating doubt in victim about his memory of the amount of fuel filled the last time.
5. Framing or filing baseless complaints against victim necessitating police involvement
6. Sabotaging work to cause confrontations between the victim and his employer or boss.
7. Complaining that deliveries are not made to the victim’s house in his name to the post office/courier company/newspaper guy etc to make the victim appear as a crank while the things have already been received.
8. Subscribing to hundreds free magazines (available in plenty) in the victims name.
9. Sponsoring the victim to annoying magazines like Readers Digest. They would not stop once they get the name and address of any one.
10. Sending anonymous mails with “ copy it and send it to hundred people or you will be cursed” texts
11. Placing “bad” books in the plastic or other type of bags carried by the victim unknown to him causing confusion when discovered at home or in front of others.

The Russian Involvement

From whatever little research I have done on the subject I have reason to believe that mind torture in India has strong Russian connections. This belief is based on the methodology employed by the harassers and the triggers which are in use. Of course by Russia I do not mean the present Russian state. They may or may not be supplying what they call “ psychotronic” weapons to others. But there is good reason to believe that the use of such weapons is not a recent phenomenon in this land. My theory is that these were obtained and used by those in touch with the former Soviet Union either politically or bureaucratically. Some of the threats broad casted into the mind of my friend imply the use of such technology against his father too. The man was a government official and had retired from service in the eighties. He was not corrupt but had come up against certain elements in a service organization.

My friend is often abusively called by the name of his father by the perps, both overtly and covertly. As per his report some of his colleagues with the help of outsiders first tried to bring up the name of his father in all sorts of exchanges over a period of time. By pronouncing the name loudly many times in his hearing they made sure that he got the message intact. They were supposedly talking about another individual by the same name. It was enacted in the best tradition of the street theatre. Once he had been sensitized on that particular name they began calling him by the name in their sessions with V2K (Voice to Skull) machines. My friend has the unique privilege of knowing his harassers since they are mostly his colleagues. He had the occasion to displease them over certain matters in public life. This seems to have started the harassment on the superficial level. But if, as the perps claim they had done the same thing to the father, he was perhaps under surveillance even before he came consciously to notice it. Some reports on such attacks suggest that it goes on for a long time unknown to the victims before it is finally intensified.

This in itself is not enough to establish the involvement of groups with an affinity to the then soviet block. But as I mentioned earlier the trigger words and phrases in use in his case definitely point that way. Those sensitized to the following trigger words may feel uncomfortable while reading this. I advise extreme discretion in such cases.

“Arrest” is one trigger word constantly used by the perps in his case. From my reading on the subject the Russians had made use of this word in their psychotronic exercises effectively. My friend is fed words like “Let us arrest him” and “You will be arrested” and the like. Not involved in any sort of criminal activity in his life the guy was naturally shocked at this. As these were inserted into his mind inaudibly the poor guy found himself going through all his actions in his life which might suggest such an out come. This was before he began to suspect that others are really out to get him mentally.

Another trigger expression in use is “unlucky guy”. This is beamed non stop into his mind. When such thoughts assail you sub consciously there is no method by which you can prevent yourself from being dragged over to your past experiences suggesting such events. When you can find none the confusion increases. If not aware that these are being put into your mind you tend to fear that it is some kind of psychic ability that you have and these thoughts portend trouble in the future. If there are some not so good events in the past (as is bound to happen to every body some time) this reiteration triggers the bad feelings associated with them.

Though the perps may not have any actual connection to the law they like to pose as the law itself. “Authority “is a trigger word which is constantly used in my friend’s case. It comes through phrases like “You would like to play with the authority would you?” “Do you know who the authority is?” These triggers are put in place by constant reiteration over the period of several years using voice to skull technology to make the victim jump or act weirdly in public or to modulate the victims behavior. The technology involves sleep deprivation. Coupled with it is the Stasi technique of stalking including street theater. The combined effect of these can be terrible. If directed energy weapons are put to use to zap the victim and physically hurt him the effects may result in erratic behavior. It would lead to EIP ( Electronically Induced Psycosis).

From available records these methods are of Russian/East German origin. But that may not be the case in all such cases happening in India. Also there could similarities in techniques in these cases. The ruling few and their patsies are the same the world over. There may even be an exchange of ideas among them. Even during escalation of tensions between Britain and Germany during the period of World War II there is evidence to suggest that both the countries were exchanging information on psychological and physical experimentation on humans. After the war most of the German “evil geniuses” were absorbed into the American society and was given free rein to conduct experiments. The project to obtain them was known as “Project Paper Clip”. In the nineties a Russian psychotronic expert was invited to the US to “solve” a situation developing in one of its states. Though nothing came of this due to the egoistic stance of both the Russian and the Americans this proves that in such matters those in power would not think twice about accepting help from any place in the world to put down their own people.

On Mind war counter strategies

Well there is this new disease amongst us. It can be called E Psychosis (electronically induced psychosis or EIP for short) for want of a better term. Some of us are severely affected by it and most others would be affected in the near future. Once the presence of a disease is established the next thing is to find methods to treat it with. The problem with this illness is that it is not yet officially recognized as a form of affliction. The disinformation campaign has been very successful in keeping it concealed from the world. Hence there would be no official participation in the efforts to fight it for some time yet. The affected segment of the society has to do for itself for the time being.

It has been proven again and again that the human spirit can not be subjugated. It can perhaps be intimidated for a short period of time, but it can never be put down and threatened into exile. It would be back and up again. It has to, because it is the basis of human civilization. In the last century there were attempts to chemically and biologically control it, but it was found by the experimenters that there always is a final hurdle to cross. Every attempt at control failed at some point. It is this very fact that brought us this far through murderous centuries. Please read this link .

But the modern methods of mind control are more invasive, more lethal, and more subtle than those in the past. Injecting LSD and putting implants into the body, even though performed secretly, would become known sooner or later and can be remedied if the victims are vigilant. Even these have been found ineffective by the experimenters to effect a final surrender in the victims. As stated there was a final hurdle. Those in power may be imagining that they have at last found a fool proof method to take over the human mind completely by the new technology in use. There is some truth in what they believe too because this form of attack on the psyche is more direct and completely invisible. This can be done remotely without any form of involvement by the attacker. It is perfectly safe and the effects on the victim could be ascribed to psychosis. This method is lethal and total. By intruding into the sub conscious of the victim even a (fake) consensual behavior modification could be achieved. The idea’s of the attacker can be deeply etched and entrenched into the core of the individual which is not consciously observable.

This is as far as any one can go. Hence there is some truth in their belief that this technology can not be defeated. But there is vulnerability in their schemes. Any form of mind control would not be fully effective unless the victim is made aware that it is being done to him/her. Yes you can create zombies with this technique. But total zombies are not what these people are after. That would defeat their aims altogether. Billions and billions of zombies would make the world an insufferable place to live even for the control freaks. What they want probably is to leave most of the inherent qualities in the individual intact so that they can make use of then constructively. An age of totally mind controlled robots would stall further development. Even the dumbest of mind control freaks understand that they can’t create a genius from a production line of babies. This is true even in the back ground of genetic research and the genome project. Geniuses are accidents. You can perhaps engineer people with different levels of intellect by manipulating their gene structure. But to produce those with an insight of a Newton and an Einstein would take some doing.

I believe that these invertebrates are after conscious control. It makes them powerful enough to fashion history. This at least gives the victims with some breathing space, but only just enough to raise some form of defense. This is also expected by them. It is to overcome this that they are experimenting with a cross section of people now. But that do not matter to the affected people. They need to utilize this small gap to come up with a strategy to combat this harassment. Taping into the frequencies used to control and either redirecting it to break down the machinery or in some way to affect the perpetrators would have been a good idea, provided that there is the resources to do so. But it seems impossible at this stage. Even now if you know the source of the attack there are ways and equipment to bring them down. Interested persons could find them for themselves. At least low end technologies on these lines are in the market and available.

But this not possible for those who are not aware why they are being harassed. They are the most important segment of the victims. It is to effect a change in the consciousness of the general public that these exercises are conducted. So a general combat strategy is to be devised. Spreading word is useful in bringing the affected people together. Even though they are maimed by the constant torture a combined effort might produce some working principles on which the counter strategies can be based. Bringing others yet unaffected by this form of torture into the fight would pass fresh minds into the fray. What are needed at this time are unmarked minds which can generate a new perspective on this whole immoral business of direct energy attacks.

But that should not be a reason for the harassed people to do nothing about it. They need to try to keep in good health, both mentally and physically. Take energy/vitamin/mineral/ protein supplements. Do some form of intensive but short time-span exercises regularly. Keep the body temperature down with whatever methods you know of. Listen to good music, even try binaural beats. Don’t be cooped up at your home. Go out into the open. Move among people, interact with them (there is a risk of running in to the perps in this but all perps are discernible by their dead looks. Keep away from those with a patented look and eye suggesting lack of conscience). Being around people is a good defense strategy. You can force the perps to show their hands by this method.

Buy a cell phone with a music player in it and use it without inserting a SIM card into it. When you are near the perps pretend to call some one up and go on an abusing spree about the looks and demeanor of the perps. They don’t deserve your pity. Be liberal and creative in this without offending others in the vicinity. When you are forced to talk in response to electronically activated triggers within your mind by the perps take up the phone, fake dial, and let go. If you are too confused even to dial pretend that the phone is on “vibrate only” mode and start talking. This has been found a useful method even to schizophrenics who hear “Voices” in the head and are compelled to respond. It is completely normal these days for some one to call others up and give them a piece of their mind through the cell phone without inciting curiosity in by standers and passers by. But on no account insert a SIM card into it and do not use the FM radio feature of the phone. Both can be used to get inside your head and even otherwise they are deadly. The phone with a SIM card (or any such cards) constantly searches for the nearest transmission tower even in the sleep mode and there is a passage of harmful energies to and fro from you and the tower. The FM feature is no different.

Over and above everything burn these words into your mind and heart “THE HUMAN SPIRIT CAN NOT BE VANQUISHED” Print it in bold letters, paste it on the wall where you would see it first thing in the morning and last in thing in the evening. Paste in on your table or work place or where ever you are most of the time. Believe in it and project it from you with all the force you can. Your will can be broken, your imagination can be programmed, your physical environment could be controlled, even your mind can be taken over but your core “being” can not be touched. It has never been done yet.

To reason is treason

These words are not mine. They come out of a sentence of Dr. James Hamilton, a former Stanford Medical School psychiatrist who was actively involved with many secretly funded researches into the human mind in the middle part of the last century. Here is the longer version. “Once at war, to reason is treason.” Most intelligence set ups believe in this dictum implicitly. In fact most people under threat of war or physical attack would tend to do so. Every one wages an unseen battle within themselves most of the time. This has mostly to do with a conflict between the taught version of reality and the personally experienced one. This is the case with nations too. A nation is nothing but a few individuals in power, whether it is called a democracy or a totalitarian system. The myth of democracy has iniquitously led people into traps. They are supplied with a false sense of power and prominence which they know within their heart to be far removed from the truth. Look at the word “treason”. The traitor is one who acts against the country or a set of beliefs or a cause. But who determines the status of a traitor? Both Galileo and Bruno were considered traitors against the Church. Bruno was burned at the stake and Galileo, being sensual recanted. Did the common church goer or believer take part in the decision? There are still Bruno’s and Galileo’s amongst us. One would rather burn to death than tell a falsehood. The other, buckling under pressure would probably become an instrument in the hands of those in control. Treason is tool by which many things get done. It is an effective argument to convince the less aware about anti national/social/groupist potentials of the expendable section of the population. Once this argument is mooted our patriot would stop thinking, because to reason is treason. If this behavior has the sanction of authority it becomes more than a dictum, it becomes law. This is the basic philosophy of the security freak in governments.

What is more threatening, the actual physical combat or the fear of an impending conflict? Every one worth their beans would truthfully admit that it is the later. Fear is a dangerous phenomenon, whether experienced by one person or by the group-let us say a nation. It makes people/nations do all sort of things. The thoughts of treason stems from subconscious feelings of insecurity, I have always thought that it is a residue of our past. A left over of our struggles to survive in a strange and unstable world filled with all sorts of dangers. But fear interestingly always is future-stricken, that is, it is not about what is there in the present that people worry about but what would happen in the next moment/day/week/year! Though in practical life future does figure somewhat in controlling our actions in a constructive manner, the sense of impending doom cripples us psycho somatically. It dwindle our external and internal resources. Look at the manner in which the
erst while USSR was affected in the cold war. Fear made them careless, economically incompetent and led to their final fall. I may have reservations about the efficacy of the socialistic structure of government, but that does not prevent me from saying that the demise of the USSR was the saddest political event in modern history. It took out the element of balance from global politics. It left the world to American hegemony.

But the altered political scenario seems to have affected the US very little. Their penchant for pursuing global power politics has gone into a higher gear if anything. To a careful observer it is evident that the remaining superpower is also struggling to cope with the effects of massive expenditure during the cold war. Other less militarily minded economic powers have left them dry in most of the other areas of technology and economical stability. No wonder the current government in the US is trying to turn its people’s attention to other subjects like terrorism, drug mafia and the middle east etc.. This is a tricky situation. When a nation as powerful as the US starts to fear the future it can be deadly. There is a massive influx of products and services into the country. US industries are finding it hard to compete with them. There is large scale unemployment and under employment in the US according to the media. The only area of expertise in which they are still supreme is military research. All the money put in to the research should bring in some returns, should it not?

How would you do it? Use your expertise. Bring in revenue from your conquests. Go for places which have an abundant supply of natural resources, bring them under your control. But there is a hitch. These coveted places have governments, some have even elected governments. You can’t declare war on them just like that. You need a pretext. Here is where years of military intelligence experience and counter intelligence experience and mechanism of propaganda developed over those years come into play. Label them as sponsors of terrorism and producers of biological weapons. The US has a responsibility towards the world. We have a duty to clean the world up of all its rubbish. Well on the side lines if we benefit from it a little none can complain, for policing is an expensive business. But what if the rest of the world reasons otherwise, well to reason is treason, remember. To reason against the world police is high treason.

Let us hope that the above scenario is not pursued to its full by the US. They might stick to the invisible methods of warfare for most part. They have satellites and surveillance equipment to do that. As these are in place there is only the cost of maintenance. This has an added advantage. It does not expose the personnel to hazardous situations. May be the leaders of other nations can be mind controlled to do their bidding, that is, if they do not have more advanced techniques of mind control by now! If that is the case I would not like to predict the out come. It could be pretty scary.

REMOTE VIEWING

Remote viewing is the ability to see things and events distant in space and time. There have always been individuals claiming to be remote viewers. Some spiritual practitioners such as the Lama’s of Tibet are said to posses this capacity. The theory behind the practice seems to be that once consciousness is able to break out of the barrier of three dimensional worlds it embraces a sphere were space and time converges and everything is in the “present”. There is no past or future in that state, every thing is visible to the last grain and all is “now”.

This has always been thought as a super conscious state and those having the ability were also considered gifted. The popular view was that one needs to be born that way to be a clairvoyant. But all that is in the past now. A separate industry known as the Psi industry is developing over the internet. Some of the firms claim to teach you remote viewing within a span of a few weeks. To them remote viewing is not magic. It can be learned by everybody provided that they are willing to work hard for it. They say that certain protocols were developed recently which makes it possible for the ordinary man to learn to view remotely.

These protocols were discovered by remote viewers employed by the department of defense in the US at the time of the cold war. Hearing reports of Russian remote viewers employed in surveillance of the western military bases and defense projects the Pentagon also started experimenting on the same lines. Psychics were found and were given the job of remotely assessing the capabilities of the opponents. This is stated to be a secretly funded operation.

A web site teaching this course says that there are no secrets associated with it. Their method is based on Jung’s theory of the collective unconscious. Carl Gustav Jung used to believe that everything is interlinked within the universe by this all pervasive phenomenon called the Collective unconscious. It is a record of all the events that have happened and all the events that are going to happen in the world. He also believed that we can tap into this reservoir to learn about our own and every one else’s life.

What I have given here is a very crude summary of his theory. His detailed exposition of human psyche is not relevant here. For those interested there are plenty of resources over the internet. Project Guttenberg may have some of his works in their original form. Suffice it to say that the modern practical remote viewers base their methods of remote viewing on Jung’s philosophy. Jung has divided human psyche into four functions. His categories are perhaps taken from oriental philosophy. Among the four functions intuition is one. The modern remote viewers say that this property can be developed by exercise like any other human mental properties. They call it the activation of the Psi muscle.

According to the site it is like downloading information rather than anything else. It is not out of body experience. You stay put at the place you are and work with papers and pens. There is nothing mystical in it, they say. Once you have learned the technique there are no limits were you can go with your mind. It is possible to reach distant planets and stars and even past events. You can look into the lives of historic personages like Adolf Hitler for example. They claim to have looked into his life and the events after his death. Here is an excerpt from the interview with Joni Dourif the Psi Tech president by FAT BOSS
“Like, we even looked at Adolf Hitler to see, oh well, you know, two angels can't come for him, right, because he's so evil. Well, no, two angels came for him. It's just like everybody we looked at.”

I am giving the quote without comments, for I can’t either verify or deny it. Also I think that the world is full of possibilities and there could be things beyond our ken in it.

If the claims of the site are true and that the method taught by them opens new doors into the secrets of life that is a good thing. One thing struck me though, some of the things stated in the site closely follows some of the things stated by the theosophists. May be it is a case of great minds thinking alike!

Alternate methods of resistance

Soon after learning about e harassment and mind control I had considered investigating the use of Yoga to either lessen or to eliminate the symptoms and effects of the torture. I did think that down to earth branches of Yoga like Hatha Yoga and Tantra Yoga might be useful in enhancing the defenses of the body. Do not mistake me here, by Tantra Yoga I do not mean that type of Yoga which caters only to the senses in exclusion to everything else. There is such Yoga and its practitioners. It also is a proven method of reaching self awareness albeit a very hazardous one. But what I had in mind was Tantric practices of a more benign nature like the Japa Yoga and Dyana Yoga. Both if practiced well, releases the latent force in man called Kundalini which if controlled can be a powerful tool to achieve anything. But I discarded the idea since both branches of Yoga are difficult to master and are strenuous in execution. The are some practices of Hatha Yoga like the Trataka and the Sheetali Pranayama etc. which might be beneficial in steadying the mind and keeping the body healthy. Trataka involves gazing at an object without closing your eye for some length of time. It steadies the mind, and Sheetali pranayama is nothing but taking in air through open mouth into the lungs and releasing it without holding it in through both the nostrils. This practice cools the body down. But even these should be done under the supervision of others. If you can take proper precautions to cool the eyes down after Trataka and you manage to practice Sheetali for a few rounds in the open air preferably in a less polluted environment no harm will be done and it might help you in fighting the invisible enemy. Sheetali pranayama could be handy if the body heats up due to microwave attack if done properly but care should be taken not to over do it in cold conditions, for even in tropical climate, it cools down the head and some times causes a cold.

To my mind searching for remedies in esoteric systems of living and medicine could be of help since there seems to be hardly any remedy in the branches of modern medicine or science for this new and spreading malady. We have reached at such a pass where we can’t be any more proud of our much touted “scientific spirit”. The last few decades have shown us that mass murders have resulted from every major inventions or discoveries that did happen. It is perhaps the human collective psyche that is very ill and gasping for breath. It needs a shock treatment to get it out of the moral dumps that it is in at present.

There is something in the cry for returning to nature as far as electronic attacks are concerned. Open air and caves etc are said to be comparatively healthier places for those under attack. Living in cities or suburbs makes it easy for the perps to locate your house and maintain 24 hour surveillance on you. It is easier for them to place bugs and other electronic devises inside your houses to monitor your movements and generate RF or Micro wave energy aimed at you if your living and moving space is limited and previously known to the adversaries. But Ed Light had once remarked that underground tunnels are also not of much use in this battle. He says that beaming did continue inside the man made tunnels. But in the open space at least they can not aim a home-made microwave device at you. It is known that an ordinary Micro wave oven could easily be converted to a potent direct energy weapon and if held against the walls of the building you are in can cause you a lot of distress. These types of attacks can be minimized if you spend a considerable time out in the open. It is not forgotten that there are more sophisticated forms of attack than this. But this too is a possibility and it is less expensive and portable also.

As written earlier too vitamins and minerals have to be taken a lot as these forms of attacks are sure to deplete their storage inside the body. Exercise is another must, for generally, all forms of intensive body movements make the circulation of the blood faster and exhaustive. Brain needs healthy blood to function well, in cases like this where the brain is the main target the success of your resistance depends upon the functional capacity of the brain.

Listening to music is also a good method. There are sites which provides binaural beats and the like free of charge on the internet. Or still better listen to great symphonies if you can get hold of copies of those. Great masters of music have always composed their music in a meditative state. Even if you do not know a bloody thing about them you can be sure that their music can evoke a blissful state inside you. Some of them play with the Alpha and Theta levels of your brainwaves. I would not advice it if you are trying to achieve such states through your own efforts at meditation, for it might lead to further possession by your attackers. But moods created while great music is playing would not do any harm. This is a sort of brain wave entrainment. There are brain entrainment software’s in the market too.

I recently downloaded a the trial version of a program called Mind Work Station which its authors claim to be the answer for every sort of brain wave entrainment( In the good sense of the term) problems. I have not checked it out fully yet. But some of the sessions like the short Alpha session in it were good. I particularly liked sound of the waves lashing in the back ground of the beats of that session. This is not a free product. But you can check out the trial version if you want. The trial period expires in 15 days. They have a blog on the subject of BWE (Brain wave entrainment) The site has interesting information too. You can check the product as well as the site out. It might help you in learning more about the subject of BWE.
Yoga

Infrasonic apparitions

The properties of both infrasound and ultrasound to harm humans have been well researched and established. NASA, the American space agency was interested in learning about the effects of infra sound on human body because it was of vital concern to astronauts who were to be sent to outer space. The rocket engines emit low frequency infrasonic waves once ignited. It was thought that these could be harmful to the astronauts stationed within the vehicle as they are very close to the source of the noise. NASA’s study, conducted in the early 60’s, proved it beyond doubt that the infrasound waves do produce several bodily effects. Among them headaches, coughing, visual problems, change in heart rhythm, a sense of suffocation, tremors inside chest figures prominently. The harmful frequencies were found to be between 0 Hz and 100Hz at 150 or so decibels. It was later established that an infrasound wave with the frequency of around 19 Hz can cause vibration to the eye balls and thus result in visual disorientation.

It has also been suggested that infrasound waves at certain frequencies could trigger aggressiveness irritability and even cause temporary insanity.

Sounds propagate in wave form. Infrasound is at one end of the spectrum and ultrasound is at the other end of the spectrum of sound waves. We can only hear sound frequencies between 20Hzs and 20000Hzs. Both infrasound and ultrasound are out side the hearing range of humans. Infrasound has a long wavelength and is measured in tens of meters and the ultra sound having very small wave lengths can be measured in millimeters. Ultra sound is, as stated in the previous article is well recognized for its usage in the medical profession in the guise of scanning apparatuses.

I came across an article by Jack Sargent written in 2001 for Fortean Times on acoustic weapons. Some of the information in this article is taken from that. He was humorous and witty in that article and had several digs at “Conspiracy Watchers”. Here is one snippet from his 2001 article “A search of the available literature and the Internet reveals that many conspiracy theorists, paranoiacs, and some political activists, sincerely believe that the military has developed infrasound weapons… but precisely what these weapons are, how they function, and how they would be deployed remains vague. Unlike bacteriological, chemical, atomic, laser, and even microwave warfare, little information exists on the use of infrasound as a weapon.”
Some of the anecdotes related in the article were hilarious and I enjoyed them. Of particular interest was one about an engineer named Vic Tandy. His lab was said to be haunted and he set out to find the reason for it. Let us hear what happened in the authors own words “This ‘spook’ was characterized by a feeling of unease and vague glimpses of a grey apparition. A spot of detective work implicated a newly installed extractor fan that, Tandy found, was generating infrasound of 18.9Hz.” The engineer has advised ghost hunters to check whether their ghosts are in fact infrasonic. Many such interesting tales abound in the article which is well written and presented. I had one complaint only. He had filled his article with several “unsubstantiated reports” of sonic weapons which were supposed to have existed in the past and concluded his essay on the note that “So sonic weapons, despite the oft-repeated claims, would most likely be large, cumbersome, close-range devices resulting in ruptured eardrums.” This we know was far from the fact. If it was in 2001 he probably would have included this writer in the exclusive club who ‘sincerely believed” in their existence.
A few years passed. In 2005 he again wrote an article on acoustic weapons on the same site. This time round he could not deny their existence and in fact had to report a real functional acoustic weapon in action which was light enough to carry around by a single individual and repel pirates at sea. What is stated here is that unknown to the general public and even to most of the intelligentsia which prides about its access to information; weapons are being developed by those in power with behavior control in mind. The weapon described in the above article (LARD) is produced commercially. This would not happen unless those in authority is at least one step ahead in the development and deployment of much more efficient weaponry. The debate on mind control, for I believe that there is one, goes on with the firm belief that there are such weapons in existence. These are potentially harmful to the people in general because what they are up against is a very frightened group of people worried about their survival. These groups have certain concepts about what the world has to be and what direction it should take. This is a cavalier attitude. There have been such people at all stages of social evolution. Generally this emerges out of a fascist out look. Considering that fascism is a product of the middle class mental framework and considering that the middle class is in ascendancy all over the world the threat of such a take over is very real. I too belong to the class but that has not prevented me from seeing the dangerous side of middle class outlook. I realize that most of the social movements from the renaissance onwards (both good and bad) originated from or through this class. It gave birth to Hitler as well as Gandhi, it produced Einstein as well as General Mc Carthy(“life is cheap in Asia, so let us nuke them” fame). What troubles me and should trouble others are the Hitler’s and the Mc Carthy’s. That is where the danger prowls. The elite class( the royal bloods) might stop once it has produced its Dracula (Count Dracula) and the submerged might stall at the fall of a Martin Luther King, but Hitler’s and Mc Carthy’s do not stop, for they don’t know how to stop, they wouldn’t understand what stopping is.

This is the one problem that has beset the world at present. A powerful beaurocracy is in control. It does not have to report to anybody. It is financed by secret funds. It has ways to find and use such funds. It can do whatever it wants because it has been in power for far too long and knows every trick in the book to befuddle the politicians as well as the general public. It does not change, whether in the west or in the east, it is deeply entrenched, and it is not easy to dislodge. It has all the instruments of manipulation at its hands and it is adept at using them. It may not have the best brains within its folds but it knows how to get hold of them and make use of them. It might say “yes sir’s” and “Shall do sir’s” but it does what it wants every time it sets about it. Now it has in its hands the weapons of mass mind control. If any body is so naïve as to believe that it has any conscience and it would work for the benefit of the humanity then the god, who is probably demised, help them.

The rest of the world has a fight in its hands. This fight is against an unseen opponent, against subtle weapons, against lack of conscience. This is a must win battle, for such a lot is at stake, the whole blessed civilization is at stake.
