Brain Flex by Grass hopper enterprises is a usable piece of free software. I had my doubts about it mind you. You can’t take everything for granted in the cyber world. Claims may only portend good intentions and may not fulfill obligations they have laid out. But this composition of brain wave frequencies is not bad at all. I learned about it while surfing the net from some bloggers. They rated it high. I thought of giving it a try. Incidentally I downloaded it on a very dismal day. The MP3 file is a bit large. It plays about 30 minutes or so. I was surprised at the result. It got rid of my glumness within a few minutes. I felt, if not totally elated, comfortably positive (and that is saying a lot) while the music was playing. It definitely is a helpful bit of software. Though I have not checked it out for any binaural beats or such things, I would say that those guys were telling the truth in their blogs. This is some thing you may like to have when you are a little bit depressed and
negative. It could spruce you up in no time.
I do not have the literature on the product with me and can not tell what brain frequencies are being tapped by the music. Whether it is Alpha, Beta, Theta, Delta or Gamma I can not say. But it does its job. You will feel refreshed and energetic while listening to it. Try it by all means. An added attraction is that the thing is absolutely free. Its about 60 plus mb or so and if you have a dial up connection it might take some time to download. Those of you having faster connections, go for it, get the file and put on your head phones, it would brighten you up. Here is the link to down load the file
If you do not see the file in the opening page of the site just type Brain Flex in the search bar of the site and you would be taken to the downloading page. Here is what the developers have to say about their software.

Give it a try!
