Who makes the decisions?
When a hand is extended towards you You can either grab it, Ignore it Or acknowledge it in some manner The only thing is You should be the one making The decision
Perfect!!! This is where I miss out... I compromise on making decisions...somewhere I value the relationship more than me.. Being assertive doesnt mean you are jeopardising the relationship!
